When Stanford Hospital & Clinics (SHC) looked to brandadvisors to help reinvigorate their Executive Medicine program, we took it as a challenge to address some of the key opportunities in healthcare.
Like most executive medicine programs, SHC offered patients an opportunity to visit with its expert doctors and specialists for a one-day barrage of exams and tests to address existing and new health issues. Armed with in-depth and experiential-based research and analysis, brandadvisors found the market’s current offering to be inconvenient, impersonal, and fragmented.
Moreover, we discovered that while patients value their health, they don’t proactively manage it due to lack of time, generalized fear of what may be found, and awareness of existing opportunities to address their health concerns.

By addressing each aspect of the program holistically, from medical forms down to the selection of magazines in the executive suite, Stanford Hospital & Clinics launched an entirely new suite of services, designed to help patients truly understand, take control, optimize, and maintain their lifelong health.
